Hey. So I wanted to tie my hair up in a ponytail except my hair is shorter and has lots of layers. So I cant use a fabric rubber band but i can use a clear elastic one. Although here is the problem I have a thing with tightening my hair or even not doing anything and it just snaps. I cant have that so what can i do?
