Well if you want a good one you’re just going to have break down and spend the money. Any ceramic iron is going to be a quality iron. If you find them “unusually” cheap then more than likely I would question just how good it is.. However you can always find them on sale from what I have found on this page http://www.the411onhair.com/hair-tools.h… and though these are flat irons they are irons that “WILL” curl your hair.
