Where to buy a not-as-professional hair color applicator brush?

I mean, like one that’s just for one usage, nothing professional that I’ll use over and over again that can last through wear and tear. I just wanted to know if they sell any at regular store like Walgreens, Happy Harry’s, Walmart, or Rite Aid. Thnx!!
